How do I gift a boudoir experience?
With Christmas approaching, perhaps you’re considering treating your wife, girlfriend, partner, sister, mother, daughter or friend to a Boudoir experience with us. It can be a wonderful way to show her the beauty you see, boost their self confidence and help them feel truly special for the day and beyond.

We thought this would be a good opportunity to answer some of the questions we hear most often about buying a boudoir experience as a gift:
Can I buy a gift voucher for a boudoir photoshoot?
Certainly! Gift vouchers are available from £299 and all include a copy of our magazine and boudoir style guide with the voucher for you to wrap up for her to open. These are full of inspiration and suggestions for what to wear and advice on how to prepare for a photoshoot.
Who can I buy a boudoir photoshoot for?
We are a body positive studio who welcome ladies of all shapes, sizes and ages from 21. The gorgeous ladies on our website range from 21 to 74 years old, from size 6 to 26 and beyond. Do I need to confirm a date for the photoshoot?
You have two options. You can provisionally book a date for the shoot which she can confirm or move once you've given her the gift, or it can be left open for her to schedule a date within 12 months of the voucher.
Can I attend the photoshoot with them?
You are very welcome to talk to us on the phone beforehand or drop her off on the day, but we don’t allow guests in the studio for the photoshoot etc. However, she can invite you to her viewing appointment if she would like to view and order the photos with you.
What help do you offer before the photoshoot?
We recommend 3 or 4 lingerie outfits so she can explore different styles and sides of her personality through the photoshoot. Danielle can offer as much personal guidance and support as she’d like when choosing what to wear. She can simply offer second opinions where needed, or they can do some online shopping together where she sends suggestions to suit her style and shape.
Is makeup and hair included?
We’d begin by styling her makeup and hair whilst she enjoys a coffee or perhaps a prosecco or gin and tonic. It’s a wonderfully relaxing way to be pampered before the shoot, and ensures she looks and feels fabulous before we take a single photo.
What happens in the studio?
It’s lots of fun with music, chat and usually a lot of laughter too. Jon will direct the shoot to create images that celebrate her body and capture her personality. Danielle will be on hand to help with final outfit decisions, demonstrating poses and keeping an eye out for the little details - hair in the right place, twisted bra straps etc. You can think of Danielle as her assistant for the day! By her side through every photo.
When does she see the photos?
After the shoot, she’ll come back to view the photos we’ve created together in our cosy styling lounge and decide what she’d like to order. That could be the next week, or the next day if she’s staying overnight nearby.
What photos are included with the voucher?
There are three options available to purchase on our website:
Bronze Voucher £299 One 7” mounted print
Silver Voucher £999 Ten 7” mounted prints in a linen folio box plus digital copies of those ten images
Gold Voucher £1999 Thirty images in a 10” luxury bookbound album hand-finished in a cover of your choice with a 10” matching bedside folio and digital copies of the album photos included

Can we purchase additional photos later?
You can order albums, prints, frames and wall art at the viewing appointment, which is your only opportunity to purchase images. However, reprints and enlargements of purchased digital images can be ordered at any time.

When will I receive the gift voucher?
The voucher will be sent to you with a copy of our magazine and style guide within a week of ordering by first class post. Based on Royal Mail’s recommended posting dates, we suggest ordering by Friday 17th December for Christmas orders in 2021.
Can I send the voucher directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! You can choose their home as the shipping address and there’s the option of adding a personal note to the voucher for them too.
We’d be travelling to Derbyshire from elsewhere in the UK, can we stay nearby?
Absolutely. Our studio is in Wirksworth, Derbyshire which is a quirky market town on the border of the beautiful Peak District and ten minutes from Matlock with its pretty riverside park and lots of independent cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. There are lots of B&Bs, hotels and holiday lets available to choose from nearby and you can arrange to view and order your photos the next day.
