Terms of Service

General

1.1 - All bookings and purchases made with Foxlow Photography are subject to these terms and we reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

1.2 - Our boudoir photoshoots and experiences are strictly for those over 21 years only. We reserve the right to ask for photo ID to confirm your age at your appointment.

Bookings

2.1 - All photoshoots require a £300 session fee to be paid in full upon booking.

2.2 - Please contact us with more than 14 days notice if you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, or as much notice as possible in the case of emergencies.

2.4 - We reserve the right to charge a £50 admin fee if your appointment is rescheduled more than once.

2.5 - Should you cancel your appointment with more than 14 days notice, we will refund 50% of your session fee.

2.6 - Failure to attend your appointment or arriving more than 30 minutes late forfeits your appointment and session fee.

2.7 - If we cannot honour your booking for any reason or emergency, we will contact you a.s.a.p. and reschedule your appointment free of charge.

Orders

3.1 - All photo orders are final; due to the nature of our products we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

3.2 - Your viewing appointment at the studio is your only opportunity to view and purchase your photographs. We do not offer remote viewing or an online ordering service.

3.3 - Orders take up to 8 weeks to completed and will be delivered directly to your home or an alternative address of your choosing.

3.4 - We only archive purchased images, we cannot offer to keep additional images for future orders.

3.5 - Duplicates and enlargements of your purchased images can be ordered in the future.

Images

4.1 - Copyright for all images remains with Foxlow Photography, images must not be reproduced or sold in any form without our written consent.

4.2 - The digital downloads you purchase can be printed and shared online for any personal use.

4.3 - All images captured at your photoshoot will remain confidential unless you give us written permission at your viewing appointment to share them.

Other

5.1 - No photographs or videos may be taken on the premises at any time without our permission.

5.2 - We reserve the right to refuse a booking, cut short or cancel an appointment if a client’s behaviour, manner or hygiene is deemed inappropriate or offends our team or other clients.

5.3 - All vouchers, discounts and special offers are accepted at the discretion of Foxlow Photography.
